Shipping and Returns Policies


As a reminder, with large items such as furniture always be sure to measure your space to be sure your item will be able to be moved to and placed where you want it to go.

The following applies to shipping and deliveries to the continental United States only. Please call or e-mail us to discuss deliveries to Alaska, Hawaii, Canada, or USVI and Puerto Rico.

Accessories and Lamps

Small items such as accessories and lamps are shipped by FedEx or other ground service. Noncustomized items are shipped within 3 – 5 business days.


Due to size and weight of furniture items, shipping must be arranged by freight / common carrier. Items will go out from our warehouse within 4 – 12 weeks of receipt of your order, depending on the manufacturer, and transit time is usually 3 – 7 days, depending on distance. These times are our best estimates, but we cannot guarantee them, as unforseen problems may arise during either the manufacturing process.  Transit times are also estimates.  We will attempt to always keep you informed of the status of your order.  Please note that if your delivery address is not able to be accessed by a large truck without incurring extra fees (for example, ferry fees), the customer will be charged for those specific extra fees.

Delivery Options

Standard (no extra charge): Our standard freight costs are absorbed by us, at no extra charge to you. This option includes delivery to the curb or driveway of your home. A liftgate will be provided to mechanically lower the furniture from the truck.  You will then be responsible for bringing the item inside your home. This option works well with lighter-weight or less bulky items.

Residential Inside (+ $49): Your furniture will be delivered to the inside front foyer of your home, or to another interior area just inside an exterior door. No removal of packaging is provided.

Room of Choice (+ $99): Your furniture will be delivered to the room of your choice, including maneuvering the item up or down one flight of stairs.  No removal of packaging is provided.

White Glove Service (+ $149): Your furniture will be delivered to the room and location within it where you would like it to be placed. The product will be removed from its box, assembled (if not complex), and the packaging materials will be taken away.


Custom ordered furniture is NOT returnable unless damaged. PLEASE INSPECT all items before signing the delivery receipt. Any item to be returned due to DAMAGE must be returned in the original packaging and box. Minor non-structural splitting and cracks are not defects – they are typical of the look of a distressed finishing technique, and goods are not returnable for this reason. With returns for ANY reason, the returning freight charges are the responsibility of the Customer.
